Gyanora ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Write: Notes, Notepad & To-Do mobile application (the "App").
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use the App and how it is used.
1. Your Personal Data and Notes
Write: Notes, Notepad & To-Do is designed to work primarily on your device.
The content you create in the App, including:

To-do lists and tasks

is stored locally on your device.
We do not upload or store your notes, to-do lists, expense records, groups, or other user-created content on our servers.
We do not access, read, sell, or share the content you create in the App.
If you use your device's built-in backup, file-sharing, cloud storage, or other third-party backup services to back up or transfer App data, that data may be handled according to the privacy policy of the respective service.
2. Information Collected Automatically
The App may use third-party services for analytics, advertising, crash reporting, and improving the App.
These services may automatically collect limited technical or usage information, which may include:
Device type and model
Operating system and version
App version
Approximate location derived from IP address
IP address or network information
Advertising identifiers
App usage information
Diagnostic and crash information
Information about interactions with advertisements
This information is used for purposes such as:
Understanding how the App is used

We do not intentionally send the contents of your notes, tasks, expenses, or other user-created content to analytics services.

4. Advertising
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob.
Advertising providers may collect or receive information such as advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, approximate location, ad interaction information, and other technical information in order to provide, personalize, measure, and improve advertisements, where permitted by applicable law and user choices.
Advertising providers do not receive the actual content of your notes, to-do lists, expense records, or groups from the App.
You may receive personalized or non-personalized advertisements depending on your location, applicable laws, consent choices, device settings, and advertising provider settings.

5. Data Storage
Your user-created App content is stored locally on your device.
We do not maintain a server-side database containing your notes, tasks, expenses, groups, or other content created within the App.
If you uninstall the App or clear its application data, locally stored information may be permanently deleted unless you have previously created a backup using an available backup or export method.
You are responsible for maintaining any backups of your data that you consider important.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or user-created content.
We may share limited technical information with third-party service providers when necessary for services such as analytics, advertising, crash reporting, security, or App functionality.
These third-party providers process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
We do not share the actual content of your notes, to-do lists, expenses, groups, or other user-created content with advertisers or analytics providers.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information handled by the App.
Because your user-created content is stored locally on your device, the security of that content also depends on the security of your device, operating system, screen lock, encryption, and other device security features.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
Where applicable, additional age restrictions or consent requirements may apply under local laws.

You can delete your locally stored App data by using the App's available deletion features or by clearing the App's data/uninstalling the App from your device.
You may also manage advertising and privacy choices through your device settings and, where available, the consent options provided within the App.
