Gyanora ("we", "our", or "us") built the Milk Diary app as a free application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our app.
Information Collection and Use
Milk Diary does NOT collect, store, or transmit your personal dairy records to external servers. All data you enter in the app — including customer names, vendor details, milk entries, bills, payment records, and product information — is stored locally on your device only.
Data Storage
All app data is stored in a local database on your device. We do not have access to your data. If you uninstall the app, all data will be permanently deleted unless you have exported a backup manually.
Backup & Export
The app provides an option to export your data as a JSON backup file. This file is created and stored on your device only. Sharing exported files through WhatsApp, email, cloud storage, or other apps is completely your choice and responsibility.
Firebase Services
The app uses Google Firebase services for limited app functionality such as:
• Firebase Analytics: Used to collect anonymous usage information such as app interactions, screen views, feature usage, session duration, and general performance metrics. This information helps us improve the app experience. Firebase Analytics does not collect your dairy records, customer information, payment records, or other locally stored business data.
• Firebase Cloud Firestore: Used only to check app version updates, maintenance messages, or app configuration settings.
No personal dairy records, customer data, payment information, or other locally stored business information is transmitted to Firebase.
Advertising Services
Milk Diary uses Google AdMob to display advertisements within the app.
Google AdMob may collect and process certain information automatically, including:
• Device identifiers
• Advertising ID
• IP address
• Device information
• App interaction data
This information may be used by Google to provide personalized or non-personalized advertisements according to their policies.
We do not directly collect, access, or store this advertising data ourselves.

Third-Party Services
The app may use the following device features only when required by you:
• Camera/Gallery: Used only when you choose to add profile photos or images. Photos are stored locally on your device.

• Internet Access: Used only for app updates, Firebase connectivity, and loading advertisements.
No personal dairy records are shared with third parties.
Children's Privacy
Our app is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data Security
Since all important records are stored locally on your device, you are responsible for keeping your device secure and maintaining backups of your data when necessary.
